Gabriel Olodi is a passionate advocate for education and cultural preservation. Before joining MGRC, he honed his teaching skills as a primary school teacher in Tanzania. His academic journey led him to TASUBA, where he earned a diploma in Performing Arts, and Tumaini University Makumira, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education.
As a research coordinator, Gabriel delved into the rich cultural heritage of northern Tanzania, focusing on the Maasai, Meru, and Chagga communities. This experience deepened his understanding of traditional knowledge and practices, informing his approach to education and community development.
Since joining MGRC in April 2024, Gabriel Olodi has been instrumental in various aspects of the organization’s work. He actively participates in the day-to-day management of the center, coordinates programs for the rescued girls, and oversees farm operations. His dedication and expertise contribute significantly to the overall mission of MGRC.
