Empower Maasai Girls: Support their journey to self-sufficiency
At MGRC, there are numerous ways for individuals to contribute and participate, whether it be through monetary donations, offering their time and skills, or considering MGRC in their estate planning. Financial support can take the form of sponsorships, recurring or one-time donations, or memorial gifts. If contributing financially is not feasible, there are still opportunities to get involved by volunteering, either remotely or on-site.
100% of your tax-deductible donation goes directly to the care of the girls.
You can now donate public stocks to MGRC. We have partnered with Stock Donator to accept stock donations! Stock Donator offers a secure, efficient, and user-friendly online platform that enables you to donate publicly traded stocks directly to the Maasai Girls Rescue Center. Submit Stock Donation

Transform lives through volunteer or visiting opportunities
- a positive, adventurous individual who likes a challenge?
- drawn to service-focused roles, where you can make a difference in a disadvantaged and remote area of the globe?
- capable of collaborating closely with individuals from various age groups, nationalities, and backgrounds?
If so, volunteering at MGRC could be for you!
But if travel is not in your plans, not to worry. We have many volunteer opportunities to share your time and talent from the comfort of your home.
The Maasai Girls Rescue Center extends a warm invitation to all visitors!
Immerse yourself in the experience of a barbecue, delight in the melodic voices of the girls as they sing, and engage in heartfelt conversations about their daily lives. The connections that blossom from this cultural exchange have the potential to profoundly impact both your life and theirs.
To make arrangements, please fill out our Visitor Request Form at least 1 week in advance of your planned visit. It’s best to schedule a time when the girls aren’t at school. Weekends are ideal.
To dine with us, there will be a small fee to cover expenses.
We look forward to meeting you!
Volunteering at the MGRC ecoVillage in Tanzania is a rewarding experience for both volunteers and our girls.
We rely on volunteers for our daily operations and to achieve our goals. Volunteering involves hard work, adapting to new tasks, and being comfortable with getting dirty. We can accommodate 2-4 volunteers at a time, assigning them tasks based on their skills and interests. Volunteers must be flexible and willing to learn alongside the girls they work with.
Our days at the ecoVillage are long, starting early and ending after the children are in bed. You’ll have a diverse range of tasks, from helping on the farm to teaching cooking or sewing classes, assisting with bike riding lessons, and providing tutoring or mentoring support to children.
There are many opportunities to share your time and talent from the comfort of your home. We welcome writers, social media ambassadors, fundraising experts, creative talent, marketing experts, content producers, and more. The primary qualification is having a genuine willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” and get involved.
